Come join us for strength training classes with Sarah Lloyd, certified personal trainer and group fitness instructor for over 15 years. This class builds muscle by incorporating light to medium weights plus resistance bands as well as body weight exercises. Come build strength to help with day to day actcities!

Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:15 to 9:15

$8 Cash Drop-in

Please bring a mat, water, and a towel.

Let Sarah know you're coming the day before class so she knows to bring a set of bands for you to use.
